Baltic Storm 2035

The story

Baltic Storm places participants into a fast-moving geopolitical crisis where information is incomplete, time is scarce, and every decision carries second- and third-order consequences. The core challenge isn’t finding the “right” answer, but coordinating with others, prioritizing under pressure, and managing escalation when no option is clean. Completing the exercise gives participants a rare, shared experience of operating inside that uncertainty, one that sharpens judgment, reveals leadership under stress, and stands as an accomplishment in its own right.
